Internationally it places into Mauritius, the Maldives, Qatar and the UAE, with visa guidance, airport pickup, accommodation support and an assigned mentor on the ground.
The division also runs bartending training and industrial-exposure training, so candidates entering the workforce have been prepared for the role rather than simply matched to it.
How it works
The operating model
Domestic placement
Full-time, part-time and internship roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Maharashtra.
International placement
Roles in Mauritius, the Maldives, Qatar and the UAE, including visa documentation, travel, airport pickup and accommodation.
Pre-departure training
Bartending and industrial-exposure training delivered before candidates join, alongside an assigned on-ground mentor.
